My order would have been larger. But your customer service was horrible on the first order. So instead of have 8 things on my order I made it two and got the other 6 products from B and H.

Keh just updated their website for the second time in two years. Hopefully, it will be easier to find matched components to some of the older system cameras. I love the customer service that I get at Keh, I only wish that their online inventory was a little more descriptive.

Two of the camera cases were perfect and fit the cameras very well. The third case was way too small, apparently the provided measurements were for the exterior. These measurements are totally useless, since for a case, the inside dimensions are the only ones that are useful, i.e., needed to know if the camera will fit into the case. Case was priced too low to return, shipping was almost equal the price of the case. Overall a very good experience, next time I will call and ask first and not regret later...

Site is easy to navigate and Item descriptions and conditions are as stated. Order was delayed by FedEx due to snow in mid-west, but I was notified and package arrived as scheduled for the new delivery date. Can't ask for more..

Long time customer; KEH is where I always go for pre-owned equipment.
In this case, I decided that the camera would not add value to my photography and returned it. This was NOT KEH's fault at all, and they have been very cooperative with the return. That's why I will continue to shop at KEH.
I ordered my Nikon D300s camera from KEH and received it the next day. Camera was in great condition (Rated by KEH as Excellent), no markings at all on any of the outer body. The shutter count was in the 50k range, which was excellent also. My only complaint was that it did not have the corresponding Nikon D300s neckstrap, so I had to purchase that separately but that was not a big enough problem to rank lower than 5 stars. I also had to purchase the clear plastic LCD cover, wasn't expecting that one to be shipped with the camera but it would have been nice. Very pleased with my purchase and the overall condition of the camera.
