I've bought several lenses and things from KEH before. Not one bad experience so far. Every lens is clean and functions properly. I don't buy new equipment anymore, I just wait for it to show up on the KEH website.

I had finalized my purchase then realized I had ordered the wrong model. Called KEH, talked with customer service, the rep corrected my order, and contacted billing and my credit card was adjusted for the difference(in my favor). Very professional and prompt. Will definitely continue to due business with them in the future.
FedEx signature-required service is quite inconvenient for they deliver the signature-required packages during daytime, but the times are unpredictable. One day they arrive at 2pm, another at 11am. And they refuse to call ahead or inform in any way their arrival time. Because of that, we miss the deliveries most of the time and sometimes have to go to the local office to pick up the package, which is 20 minutes driving distance away. Next time, for the signature required shipment, it would be useful to specify at least which part of the day the shipment ay be delivered. This is controlled by the shipper, so please consider this next time, if possible. In contrast, FedEx's regular deliveries (when signature is not required) occur in the late hours when people at at home. I find the FedEx practice to deliver the signature-required shipment ineffective. They must change this day and age, and could benefit from not having to drive to a customer location, when they simply either call or text ahead of time and discover nobody is home. However, they refuse to do such a simple courtesy that would benefit ALL parties. Thanks!
