KEH is the best for used film gear - the no questions asked return policy and limited warranty makes buying from KEH a proverbial no brainer. I just wish, I really wish, that KEH pay outs for sent in used gear (especially in good condition) were of more value to the seller. It's a symbiotic relationship...

The experience with KEH, as usually, was great. The problem was the delivery. FedEx kept saying that they will deliver on Saaturday, but I knew better because of the snow. On Monday and Tuesday FedEx said that the package was out for delivery, but they did not deliver until Wednesday morning. On Tuesday 26 January 2016 they said: Local weather delay - Delivery not attempted." and "Delivery will be re-schedled when weather conditions improve." I don't know about elsewhere, but there was not that much diference in the weather condition in this area between Tuesday and Wednesday.
The cost of transportation to Canada is discriminatory compared to the US cost.
