I don't know WHO signed for the delivery but it certainly was no-one of my family. This makes me wonder what would happen if the parcel was stolen during our absence. FedEx would claim 'delivered' because there is a signature and we would be left out of pocket because we would not be able to prove that we did not receive the parcel. If a signature is required then only the recipient or someone authorized by the recipient ought to sign. If no-one is home the parcel should go back to FedEx and alternate delivery times be arranged.
The delivery time from time of order to actual delivery was excellent.

I have been a customer of KEH's for more than 7 years. During that time, I have been very satisfied with the quality of service, variety of offerings, and ease of dealing with the company.
While my product was still arriving, I received an email news bulletin from KEH that they were having an additional 10% off sale for used Camera bodies...Thus I was somewhat disappointed by the price I received on my camera body, as I simply would have waited an extra day to order had there been any advance notice... Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.
The website is easy to use. The only problem I encountered was that material I put in my shopping cart seemed to be removed if I left the KEH website or turned off my computer. Otherwise no problems.
