It was good
Unless I've missed it, sometimes the photos are not of the actual product, and sometimes they are, and I can never tell when that rule applies and when it doesn't. It doesn't seem to be clearly stated.
The new website makes finding the right stuff much easier!
Also, when fedex failed to deliver my 2-day package on time, Keh made it right by refunding my shipping charges. I'm very pleased.

KEH usually has what you need, and at a fair price. When you look at what they do to check the condition of the used item, it makes buying from them a no-brainer.

Compared to buying items via private sale, your prices tend, understandably, to be high, and they are further increased by your use of FedEx rather than USPS for shipping, especially to Canada (FedEx always pays customs duties, while items shipped via USPS often do not get dinged by Canada Customs). This also prevails against returning items to you, due to the irrecuperable cost a Canadian customer would have to absorb. Therefore, I implore you to ensure that the items you ship to Canada are in the promised condition and well-packaged, just as you did in my case.
While I find private sale generally to be more cost-effective, when KEH has an uncommon, specialty item available like the Nikkor 16mm f/3.5 ai fisheye lens that this feedback relates to, I am happy to make use of your services. Your reputation for slightly underrating the items you sell appears to be accurate, and I am very pleased with the condition of the lens you sold me and thus very much in favour of your apparent policy.

There were big delivery delays and I understand due to the weather, Fedex was only able to shop yesterday (6 days late) I'm dissatisfied with how FedEx handled this as we were receiving mail and other packages 3 days prior to this item finally arriving. Since I just received it, I can't say how satisfied I am since I haven't been able to give much use. Just tested to make sure it connected ok on my camera and took a couple of test shots.
I've bought a good part of my gear from KEH and it's always been seamless and I've always been very satisfied. The items always exceed my expectations.
