Great site and customer service! Very fast free shipping.

I had some problems getting my package here because the street address on my billing and shipping addresses were switched around. When O received it I noticed there was a small problem with the AF on my lens. I called KEH and they were quick to have me send it in to be replaced. Overall, I am happy with my experience shopping at KEH.

Buying is easy. Now lets see how shipping and the lens perform.
Shipping was fairly quick. Unfortunately the lens auto focus was not working. Getting an R MA for return was easy. To bad they didn't have a replacement.

Did not look like a used product at first - had to look hard to find signs of use. Outstanding value.

Site is much improved since I first started shopping with KEH.

Quick delivery! The product was wrapped in bubble wrap and arrived in the condition advertised.

Dealing with KEH has been nothing short of great.

I just had problems with the Australian postcode, which stopped me from fulfilling this order, for several days.

Hence the shopping experience was uncertain, and worrying, plus it was significantly delayed.

The problem was due to IT at KEH, and has affected others.

So I rated it as 2/5 stars, but gave a 5 star recommendation and also a 4 star for buying again for similar purchase.
