Tripod arrived in great shape, as expected. Only thing that could have made it better would have been inclusion of paperwork for use/ maintenance and allen wrench for adjustments.

I dropped my rating on the price because a week after I ordered My camera I received an email for 15% off Sony items. Had I known the sale was happening in a few days, I would have postponed my purchase.

Lens was rate LN-. It was indeed in excellent condition. Except for a few scuffs on the mount, I would never have known it wasn't new. I was impressed with the speedy, free shipping.

The site is not very intuitive. There is no scoreboard for how much the cart is in price, and when viewing the Wish List, no prices are shown there either.

Due to some quirk in your system, it took me many attempts to even get to the point of being able to buy something, and that was only after I had to reset my password.

Fast easy and great clear descriptions. Cistomer service was very helpful and fast response. Would shop here in future.

I have been buying from keh for quite a whilestar and they always have good equipment at a reasonable price.

I am grateful for your honesty, your promptness and your prices. The quality of each item is as described.

Good prices and selection for medium format equipment.

The things I like most about KEH are that I can trust that what I receive is what has been posted, that if I want I can return or exchange my purchase with dispatch, and that there is an extremely broad range of equipment (it is the proverbial candy store for photographers).

Since the update, the website is kinda screwy. Some searched categories return no results even though they can be found by browsing categories instead. Otherwise, LOVE you guys and recommend you to all my photographer friends!
