They input the wrong postal code to the import papers for FedEx so it got delayed of 2 days, even though I paid international priority rate. Took 5 business days plus the weekend (7 total) to get my stuff. I didn't even get an apology from KEH customer service or a discount on my shipping.
They also input the wrong amount to declare on the duty import papers. They put 3400$ when I only paid 2700$ so they charge me taxes on that extra 700$ which makes no sense since I didn't purchase it for that amount.
Very bad service overall, mistakes where done left and tight. Never again I should buy from them.
As far as the site goes, everything works very well (though it is odd how some lenses have full manufacturers specs listed and other have nothing). It would be nice if during the payment section if you could use more than one method during one purchase. I have a prepaid debit card(visa gift card) and I couldn't use it to apply towards the payment. Oh well.!

I found what I was looking for very quickly once I used the name "Panasonic" instead of "Lumix". You need to fix your search engine so that either "Lumix" or "Panasonic" will work. After all, Panasonic does NOT put their name on their camera equipment! It's always called "Lumix" or sometimes "Leica", even though we all know it's made by Panasonic.
