I tried to pay with my credit card once and it timed out. I reposted the order and everything worked fine.

Selection was good. Information to make shopping decisions was a little sparse, but ok. Took a little long to get shipment (6 working days from Atlanta to northern Florida?)

However lenses were fine when they got here and price was good, so overall a good experience.

Excellent products and service speed

I ordered a canon eos 3 that came in more excellent condition. It was rated as excellent. But the Leica was also rated in excellent condition yet had scratches on the top plate. It work great though and internally it is perfect. Overall satisfied but a little disappointed with the cosmetic condition of the Leica r9

Overall experience was easy. 2nd time ordering a camera from them. Received what i thought i was getting at a fair price in a timely manner.

KEH is awesome!

Everything was great with keh.com. I will be more careful to look through what items are included in the purchase in the future. My camera was missing a few small items, like the shoe mount covering and the camera strap, that come standard with the item. It wasn't a huge deal for me, but still a little annoying.

How likely are you to buy from us again if you ever need a similar product/service? I can only comment on this question after i receive the product and verify its condition. Fingers crossed!

Nice and easy. Took five minutes to complete. I ordered this K5IIs because KEH was having a sale on Pentax products for 10% off of cameras. The day after I ordered, I got an email for a sale for 15% off of all digital cameras. I called KEH up and asked about this. I quickly received a refund for the other 5%.

This is the second time ordering from KEH and I am highly satisfied with both the lens and camera I have ordered.

Good experience, lens was great, and as described.

Great clean product and great service! FedEx is unreasonably slow for delivery though. It would be great to have an option for UPS or USPS.
