FedEx refused to help in any way and would not change delivery time to outside of normal business hours. They also did not work Sunday, Monday (a holiday) and the following Tuesday. I had to call KEH to get FedEx to allow pickup. This also took a few days to complete. I dealt with Shawn at KEH, he was consistently rude and argumentative. Not a very good experience.

I purchased a used lens, it's condition exceeded my expectations and the sale price cinched what I think is a great deal.

The camera is at home, it came in good condition as far as I can tell... I'm happy with the level of service so far from KEH. Due to my work schedule, I haven't had an opportunity to use it yet but plan on testing and using this weekend... so we will see.

Camera had a flashing error code on the screen which was not able to be corrected by Sony suggested procedures. Called and received an RMA for return.
