You should know by now, given my long history with you, that I always happy with your site!

But this time, although I requested it be sent by mail (which you usually do) it came by courier and I spent two days at home waiting for the package. Frustrating!

Streamlined experience, great price.

The site is very straightforward and intuitive. It would be cool to see a video about how you grade your lenses. My apologies if this already exists though.

Lens in excellent condition

Overall a good experience, excellent description of the quality of the products with affordable, reasonable prices. However, I was unable to tell that the the thread sizes of the tripod legs and head would be different before purchase. Therefore I will be returning the tripod head I received.

Website search is unreliable.

Search is my only complaint. You guys would likely do more business if the search was "better".

A week after having the camera, it seems to be fine. Some trouble focusing with the 80-200 f2.8L lens, could be by own error though
