No Problems except the lens I got appears to be an older model; I didn't realize this when ordering. I should have been more aware

I ordered a lens which was listed as auto focusing (my receipt even says it) and the lens does not auto focus. I thought it was broken, until I did some research and found it's not made auto focusing. I will tell people to be very careful what they buy from KEH, as you're not truthful with your description.

One item had a problem. I will be contacting keh shortly to set up a return for it.

When i first brought up my order I was offered a special 10% discount if I completed the order with in 30 minutes. I have ordered many time from KEH and tried to use my previous E-Mail and log in w/o success. I finally gave up trying to log in and simply ordered w/o logging in and thus lost the opportunity to take advantage of the discount of 10%. Very frustrating!

I guess there is always a way to improve, but I can't think of anything else,

I am a frequent shopper - great prices and all equipment is as advertised.

Quick and easy. Would love if there were pictures of the items being sold though.

One of the filters I ordered has some defects in the glass. Not worth sending back due to the price, would be better if it had been checked before shipment.

The website navigation is difficult and slow to use. Categories do not always make sense, such as film being under camera accessories.

KEH has compelling products, but the user experience can be frustrating.
