Love KEH!
This is my 2nd purchase from KEH. Very pleased so far. That said, I was a little disappointed with the camera that I received. The case for the gopro appeared to either be aftermarket or from a different model than the camera I received. I was also hoping for an owner's manual, but understand that being used, it wasn't likely.

I love KEH. However, this time around my light meter was not in "excellent" condition to normal standards i have received on similar items.
The site is generally great to use. I do wish that product descriptions were a little more standardized, especially with listing 35mm equivalents on lenses.
It was easy to find the lens I was looking for and select the payment method too, I chose Paypal, plus I got a 10% discount with a coupon.

With regard to local pickup, they need to have better notification. I placed two orders, both showed online as processing for a week no indication that they were ready to pickup. Called customer service and they had been ready and waiting. Seems like when they go to front desk and are ready I should get an email saying they are ready for pickup.
Delivery setting were incorrect, as the item did not exceed $1000 nor do I live in an apartment. Fedex would not allow me to modify, Tim Smith corrected the error and did an OUTSTANDING job. He also provided detailed communication in a prompt manner! I had to go to a Fedex site to pick up the order, which was not convenient.
KEH continues to be amazing! Love KEH! Love my new to me Canon 60D. Described as Ex plus condition and I could not argue with that. Its an amazing camera and I completely trust the KEH grading of their used equipment.

I always receive great service and a great product at a fair price. The grading system on my purchases and several items I have sold to KEH are spot on. I've never been disappointed. KEH is my first choice when looking for new gear.
I would, however, recommend someone at home if you are expecting delivery. FEDEX left my package in the perfect spot to be hit by a car backing out of my garage. If I hadn't seen the box placed in the driveway from an upstairs windows both the lens and I would have been crushed.

I had a camera and two lenses in my cart. Apparently the FILMGEAR20 code didn't apply to the Nikon autofocus lenses even though I'm sure they were likely introduced at the time of the F4, a film camera. Anyway, by the time I had figured out how to remove the two items from my cart, you'd sold the camera I already had in my cart. Thanks!
Also you are not putting the correct value of items purchased with discounts. You value the item at it's original price not what was actually paid with the discount. As a result I am always paying too much duty and taxes when the item arrives. I have checked with Canada Customs to verify this, I am surprised KEH does not know this.
Got the $1300 cam in Hooke lens to it and it was junk! It had a error message that made it useless, I did some research online that said it was a brick, contacted y'all and makes guy made me ship back. No in out a main cam for my bisness and lost 2 important shoots. I asked if they could next day ship a replacement and I was told no... I understand that y'all need the first cam back but even with the old one back next day ship woukd be nice to get me back gojng quick! Also the cam did not have correct charging cable... First impressions last the longest.and this was not a good one. Fell free to contact me *******o5
