Long time KEH customer. Always happy. The website works well. However, it is sometimes challenging to find specific items. Sometimes it is hard to know if a search came up empty because the search terms were not specific enough, or if because the item is not in stock. It would be nice if there was some kind of a watch list function. So, a customer could list an item they are looking for and what condition they would except, and the website would send an email when KEH acquired that item into inventory. This would help KEH as well, it would give you a database of items to be looking for because you have specific customers waiting for them.
I bought a nice little Pentax tabletop tripod used at a good price. 100% satisfied.
