This was first order from KEH. Nice web site, easy ordering.
For some reason PAY PAL did not give my complete confirmed shipping address. They listed my street address twice, and not my street address and then my apartment number. How is FED EX going to find me? After calling PAY PAL, they said to call the vendor to talk with them, which I did, twice. The first time I called KEH was about this was about 30 minutes after I placed the order. The man told me that the internet order that I had made had not made through the system as of yet, and that I needed to call back. He did take my information down and said that he would pass it on for me. About 2 hours latter, I called back and this other man tells me that everything is just fine, and my apartment number had now been added, meaning that the first man did his job and the second man confirmed that. To me that is Most Excellent Customer Service.
On another note, I was also impressed with the over sized shipping box and all of the packing. Boxes and packing are cheap compared to the contents. Lastly, I was very impressed with your rating system. My item on very close inspection, looked like it had never even been mounted on a camera before. IT WAS MINT! Yet, KEH gave it one bump down from that.
This may have been my first order, but it won't be my last. Thank You.
