Once I got registered, it was easy and smooth.
Great product, great price... But I've never had a good experience with Fedex. I paid extra for second day shipping, and it took 5 days to get here. That's not on KEH, though.
I always check the KEH.com website first - the prices are great, their grading of used equipment conservative (in even better condition than they rate it), and the service is unparalleled.
I love KEH - their ratings are accurate, and their return privilege is fantastic. It's the easiest, safest way to buy used gear.
Would have liked to had the case for the lens
The condition of the camera was at least as good as or better than the rating in the description. It arrived on time and was well packed and protected. A very good shopping experience.

Also offer a straight forward non FedEx delivery service in SMALL boxes.
The lens is fantastic, the price of $23 was fantastic but when I added the postage of $43 and then the customs duty of $30 it took the edge off a great deal.
If lenses are sent in small boxes via normal post services (without FedEx) they tend to get through with no duty/police charges.
I am so happy with quality of everything I've bought from you guys and your fantastic service. This is detailed feedback about postage.
