I have shopped with you many, many times. I am always extremely satisfied with my purchases however I find your website difficult to navigate thru. Very often your search field finder shows... no results found or directs me to a very limited group of items. I have to keep digging into category fields to find most of the things I look for. It is very time consuming and I ACTUALLY DREAD having to navigate your site. Everything else is A+++... items purchased... telephone help... fast delivery... etc. And never any issues except with your website. Thanks.

Your phone reps are the bread and butter of your company. I've read horrible reviews from current and past employees. I do like KEH but in the light of such reviews I probably would be inclined to search out other avenues for used equipment. If you can't take internal critiques maybe when the customer base stop using you then you listen. I helped start a web-based company that has grown to two million in sales in a few short years. Employee satisfaction should exceed customer satisfaction. Any typos are the direct result of fat fingers and small keys.

There was a spot on the focus screen that was scratched (assuming from wear). This is fine, but the listing said it was in excellent condition. I expected a note or something about the scratch, slightly misleading. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Great product, great price... But I've never had a good experience with Fedex. I paid extra for second day shipping, and it took 5 days to get here. That's not on KEH, though.
I always check the KEH.com website first - the prices are great, their grading of used equipment conservative (in even better condition than they rate it), and the service is unparalleled.
