The rating system on K.E.H. Is very reliable and trustworthy. I love it; I don't question it (anymore); it has worked every single time, and I have never been disappointed with the end result. Although, I could use some pictures of the actual item I was buying, just for the peace of mind and to make the decision a little bit easier.
