I love you guys. Can't remember how many bodies and lenses I've purchased from your site over the years. I recommend this site to all of my students and will absolutely continue to to come back for more.

My only issue is with the Fedex or UPS guy. I was home when this was initially delivered, but he knocked and was gone before I could make it to the door. And that was maybe 12 feet away. But that's not your issue at all. It did delay delivery by a day though and I had hoped to use it the day it was supposed to arrive. But life is peachy keen now and all is well.

Love KEH. Always a great deal to be found and excellent customer service the one time I needed help with a small problem and a credit to my account. I have purchased several items from them over the last 2 years and am very satisfied with my overall experience(s). Just purchased another lens 10/2016 and again am super satisfied. The only thing I would change is free upgrade 2day shipping on purchases over a certain amount (like $2-300) or a small nominal charge for the service.

My stepfather needed a battery for his Canon EOS and talked about getting one at a local store. I checked Best Buy's price, just to give him an idea of what the battery cost new. I then went to KEH.com and found exactly what he needed for ten dollars plus five dollars for shipping. I ordered it on Friday and he received the battery in excellent condition, as advertised. USPS e-mails kept me up to date with real time location tracking of the package which was delivered a day early After charging, it works like new.
