Better than expected!
Great deals and customer service was nice!
The flash was listed in Excellent + condition with no mention of any missing features. Unfortunately due to some damage, the diffuser and bounce were not on the flash. I returned it for another unit. The representative who assisted me made no mention of shopping times with the replacement. If I had known my return had to be received before the replacement could be shipped, I would have purchased the replacement and had the damaged flag refunded.

Web site is easy to navigate and products are clearly identified, including the accessories they come with. Most other sites do not go to that detail.
My lens was conservatively rated. It was an E+ but I couldn't find any marks on it at all. Not even on the rubber parts. Not even on the bottom of the tripod mount.
I'm on the faculty at New York Institute of Photography and always recommend KEH to budget conscious students. KEH always has a great variety of gear available, the condition is always stated honestly, and the prices are great. The a 6 month warranty means you really can't lose buying from KEH.
