Delivery was delayed somewhat due to the holiday. No problem. The shipment arrived in excellent condition, the product is as advertised. I've always had a good experience with KEH.

Been a follower/window-shopper of KEH for a LONG time. Gave my NEX-6 and 2 lenses to my daughter - but still have 2 I used to love on on it. Will be happy to get another APS-C body for them (now shoot A7 + A7II)
My only complaint: I think KEH might speed up its order processing and shipping - especially before a holiday. Once I discovered how delayed the shipping would be, it took me several calls to finally get the camera re-directed to a local FedEx off to be held while I was away. But in the end, I got a nice camera with less than 5000 shutter actuations - I'm happy - and will be buying from you again soon!
I've purchased a couple items from KEH and they have arrived quickly and frankly I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items. They exceeded the published specs. All in all excellent customer service. Fair prices too.
I chose the higher price lense on the web site because it showed it came with a lense cap and hood. The lense arrived without one. The web page was gone so I could not confirm what I know to be true. When I ordered the lense four were listed, two without caps and two with. When I called, after receiving the order, the sales rep said it did not come with a cap.
While I cannot confirm what I saw on the site I can confirm that I chose the higher priced lense when the only difference was the cap.
That is why I ordered the lense I did.
The next time I order anything from your company I will be sure to do a screen capture to confirm what I am ordering and will suggest that anyone else do the same.

When I entered an incorrect password, I was not told it was incorrect. Instead, the site told me I was operating as a guest. It took me a while to figure out the problem
Have been a customer off and on for the last 25 years. The pricing may be a bit higher than I would like to pay on some items, but I have never been unhappy with either the service or the quality of the products. Your rating system is one of the best in the business.
