I was asked repeatedly for my shipping option. I kept choosing First -Class for $4.95. It was only until I chose Ground Shipping for $5.95 was I allowed to proceed.

Good quality equipment. Difficult finding storage cases and lens caps to fit my purchase.

Talked to an outstanding customer service rep when I called, got a great price, and the shutter count on my used camera was low when I received it, as I had really hoped. I was glad to hear about the warranties they offer on cameras, and my oder got here very quickly. I will be using KEH for sure in the future.

I trust KEH. The condition ratings are very fair. Sometimes, perhaps because of volume, KEH does not show a photograph of the item that you are buying, just a generic, and although I have never felt I got a bad item, sometimes I have not placed an order at all, simply because I actually want to see the item first, not a "looks like this" image. Lose lose deal.

It looks like the used lens that I bought is in the condition that was described. I might have missed it said somewhere but I wish I knew it didn't come with a lens cap so I could have ordered it at the same time.

Good prices and selection, but website hard to navigate. When I put in Olympus telephoto or Olympus 62mm lens adapter, this item doesn't show up in the listing. I had to put in the model number before it would show up. Keywords need work. And the shipping time was rather long, but it was in the middle of Christmas. All in all, still satisfied and would shop here again.

1. I use Nikon 'stuff'.
2. You ALWAYS have what what I want/need.
3. When I call with a question the person who answers the fone always knows the answer.

I prolonged buying a lens and left it in the cart, I returned to find my saved items gone, however i found a better lens for a price I didn't mind paying!
