Delivery times has been excellent, as well as the excellent customer service when there was ever an issue. Great experience so far

KEH has been my go-to for used equipment ever since I discovered it years ago. My remaining question about KEH is what they mean by "Bargain" condition on an item. I have now purchased two items which were considered in Bargain condition, and both appeared to be brand new on arrival.

keh.com is my most trusted camera equipment store! In the rare event that I do have to contact Customer Service, the representatives are helpful, courteous, and human. I have purchased three complete set ups from KEH, all BGN quality, and all 3 have surpassed my expectations. keh.com is my go to site for anything camera related.

I found keh through Matt day, and found it very easy to find an awesome camera and lens at a pretty fair price. Even in bargain condition, everything is in great shape. The thing that blew me away was the shipping speed though. I opened my email a day or two later to start playing the "refresh the tracking screen" game only to find out the package was on my doorstep. 10/10 great job, keh.
