After having this camera for a week, I feel like I can finally give detailed feedback. To be honest I was expecting to be disappointed. I was expecting to have the camera arrive in pieces or something. So when I opened the box and examined the camera it was hard not to get excited because it was exactly as described. I haven't shot exclusively with my new-to-me A65 because it is intimidating but the few shots I have taken have just been better. I especially love how someone at my house had to sign for my delivery. It's almost like you guys wanted to make sure the only person enjoying my camera is me (the person who paid for it)! It's getting the big stuff right and the small touches that have floored me. Thank you guys so much. I know you guys hear this all the time but I really appreciate your attention to detail and your commitment to customer care. This is the most expensive purchase I've ever made online and you cant imagine the relief of not being screwed over.

Thanks for your help before I decided to order. I received the order when you said it would be here. I don't understand why FEDEX kept the package in the area just a few miles from my house for 3 days however that's no big deal, I still got my camera when you said it would be here. It was in good condition and almost ready to use.

A 15% discount for Pentax lens was touted but the code "PENTAXE' was not accepted at check out. I have purchased from you many times but this is the first time that something less than honest was encountered.
