Well I haven't reviewed my package yet but I really like the labeling system you have, LN, EX+, etc. you guys sound like you know what you know what you're doing. It's hard to get return info though. I got it but took a few tries

I have had keh work on my lenses and camera bodies in the past. This time, it was an afga brand battery grip which failed. It was less expensive to buy the Canon original from keh used than it would cost to have the afga piece fixed.

I have been a customer with KEH for many years and I am very pleased with their service and products. One lens in my last order did not meet my needs (autofocus was not working properly) so I returned the lens for a refund. Not a problem and I will continue to use KEH for both selling and buying photo equipment.
