Camera and battery grip work ok. Camera grip is starting to peel off. I could see a little blue on one of the battery grip's metal contacts. The pictures taken with this camera turned out great.

Item arrived as described. Was very well packed.
Tried ordering twice with a credit card, but was denied for no apparent reason. Address was correct and funds present in account. Had to re-enter order for a third time and pay through PayPal. Inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Just an FYI...
Camera hot shoe mount was bent. Had to take it to a repair shop and pay $10 before I could mount the speedlight. Otherwise, the condition of all products seem excellent.

Update--greater than very fast delivery, item looks in perfect condition as said. Works properly (by now).Battery, external flash and original box are in very good condition too.
Lack of the users manual, users CD, original strap and computer cable is a bit annoying.
I think a more accurate description of what's in the package would be fair for costumers.

I want to see pictures of the actual lens I'm buying, not a "representational" image from the manufacturer's site.
I was not allowed to authorize FedEx to just leave the package at the door. I don't think KEH made the "signature required" setting clear to me at checkout. My neighborhood is safe, and my packages don't get stolen. For delivery, I had to take a day off work to sit around and wait for the package. This was really annoying. I wouldn't buy from KEH again unless I had no choice.
