Great selection, good prices. Have shopped from KEH previously, always been extremely satisfied. I received my latest order quickly, and everything was perfect. KEH's rating system is very generous, the camera and lens I ordered were rated Ex and Ex+, but both appeared closer to new/unused.
I am happy, actually, that KEH is still around. I remember them from years ago. I remember being in the store, and would like to again, but being able to buy online makes it quick, if you know what you're looking for. I didn't need any assistance, but it's good to know that they do offer a service to help the customer figure what they're looking for.
Too bad shipping is so expensive these days.

I have purchased numerous items from KEH, each time I have received them on a timely basis and in the condition stated on line or better. They are the first place I shop for cameras and accessories.
The lens I ordered was rated like new and it is spotless and looks perfect...works great too!
Unfortunately one of the products (MD-12 Motor Drive) that I bought is not in a good condition unlike my previous purchase of the same grade (EX+). When I bought an EX+ FM2n from this site, it came even with their small connector cap and was in nearly pristine condition. But EX+ motor drive that I bought for the same camera in my last purchase is not in the same condition. Far from it. Because I can't use the light meter function through motor drive's own trigger which must be a feature as it is stated in the manual. There is a functional problem. And even though it is a small detail I must say that the motor drive came without it's connector cap so it is in a much lesser condition than my previous EX+ purchase. I also mailed this subject but even though I received an automatic mail that claims that I should receive a real reply in 24 hours, I still haven't got any answers.

I just returned this order, a Minolta 28MM Celtic lens. It was in very nice condition but I did not realize that there was so much appearance/build quality difference vs Rokkr lenses. Found another and expecting a Minolta X-700 EX+ from you tomorrow. I bet its going to be great.

I am very pleased with my shopping experience with KEH. I purchased two lenses and two filters, one lens was perfect but the other had something on the lens itself. I bought both at the highest grade they offer. I immediately called KEH and they apologized for sending me a lens with a defect, emailed me the return label right away, and I shipped it back easily. Just waiting on the replacement lens to come. Their customer service is great and I can't wait to get my lens! I will definitely shop with KEH in the future and recommend my photographer friends do as well.
