Talked to a live person about item before purchasing, who offered several suggestions regarding my choice. Shipping costs were reasonable, and item was extremely well packed, arriving very quickly. Described as excellent+, it looked like it had never been used, but as someone on a forum once commented, what KEH calls bargain condition, everyone else would call excellent. Thanks.

Like the site overall. Perhaps adding an extra results filter to the lens accessories section would be helpful, specifically filtering for diameters of lens filters, i.e. 52mm, 58mm, etc.

I ordered a camera body and a matching lens. After 8 days, nothing. I looked on the web and it said my order was "processing". I called and was told there was "a fulfillment issue," meaning they didn't have the lens. I assume it had been sold to someone else. Was told I should have been informed of the issue (but wasn't). Was told there was another of the same lens, better condition but without the soft sack. I said fine. Got them in two days. Condition of camera body is not as nice as expected. Seems well-used. Lens body seems quite used, but the biggest problem is it is silver and I wanted black. Will probably send it back and buy new for not much more money. Obviously, they slipped up. But customer service was pleasant and helpful, and they did move my order quickly after I called.
