1, Lack of communications regarding problems with previous order. That order was a disaster! That problem was not resolved as I had requested... and as Sean had said it would be resolved.
2. Repeated problems with one of your gift cards. It took hours to place this order.
3. Count me as a former customer. I will not be doing any further business with you guys. I do not like how you treat your customers!
