I had some trouble with the website because I use a PO Box and apparently, that can't be a "delivery address" and that causes confusion. I had to go back a couple of times to figure out what the problem was. Other than that, I am a happy camper!

It's hard to something, when you know what you want

I am very pleased with the preowned D3100 I received. The camera is very clean and I am enjoying it. This site was recommended by a business owned photographer when I made a comment of wanting a
Camera to take on vacations that was lightweight and easier to use than my D7000. I would definitely purchase additional equipment in the future from KEH!

Tried to buy lens. Got message quantity not available. Waited a bit, tried again. No go. Tried a third time and lo and behold it went through. Not to impressed. Tried to charge tax and shipping, but in the end no tax or shipping charged, what gives. Tax situation should be spelled out loud and clear in the FAQ,s. Will probably buy from again, just have to endure the process.

I have made many purchases from KEH. The items are always better than described. They are always my first choice when looking for equipment.

This is my first purchase from KEH Camera so I can't confidently praise or criticize my experience yet, but I'll give them 5 stars because I do browse often and I read good reviews about them. If I'm able, I'll rate my experience after I receive my purchase.

My order arrived in the time and the condition is fantastic for what was listed as "bargain"! Everything works and is quite clean.

Overall, I like KEH. However, I would suggest that you give us a little more detail of what the item was that you are asking us to confirm we received. In my case, the shipment was more than 3 weeks ago and I had to look it up in my order history as I had no idea what it was I ordered. Other than that, think you guys are great!
