The lens was bubble wrapped well, but FedEx really beat up the box, and it had two giant tears in the box. I'm sure it had been dropped, but the lens appears to work.

I was pretty surprised with my findings on this site. I'll be sure to come back around to buy more things later. Also afterward I got an email where they actually checked up on me, like how unbelievable is that?

So far, so good. My lens arrived in its case, wrapped in bubble wrap in perfect shape, within a week. I haven't taken it off my camera since I received it. It does exactly what they said it would. I will definitely buy from keh.com again!

Saved $500 over purchasing new lens. If it wasn't for the missing warranty card and manual you would not be able to tell from new. It even came in the manufacturer's box with the usual protective materials.

I tried to use my Photography business account credit card and the order kept rejecting it. It is a perfectly good and current credit card. I tried my personal credit card that is also good and current. It was rejected also. I finally had to use our household credit card, which makes for additional accounting work.

Used items were in better condition than described. I ordered a Manfrotto 496RC2 tripod ballhead and added Slik tabletop tripod for $6. The ballhead was in like-new condition, matching the '9' rating on the website, and the Slik tabletop tripo even came with the original box. I was thrilled and would order again without hesitation.
