Would have been nice to have a lens features pamphlet included. This is the first Olympus Pro lens I've used and didn't know that the manual/auto focus ring existed or how it worked. I put it on my EM-1 and the lens focus ring happened to be in the manual setting and the camera wouldn't allow auto focus. I went onto You Tube and found a video that briefly talked about how the Pro lens focus ring worked. Not a hughe deal but frustrating until I found the You Tube video.

The camera and lenses I purchased were all listed as "Bargain" condition. I can now say that this is indeed a very conservative rating and I feel confident recommending that other shoppers can buy Bargain rated equipment here without fear of it being in poor condition. The Nikkor zoom lens I got actually seemed more like Excellent condition to me; can't see a mark on it! I'm very satisfied with the quality of packing and speed of shipment. I will recommend KEH to my photo students without hesitation.

The prices here are nuts! I was kinda skeptical at first but the camera (Canon 7D) arrived quickly and with in great condition.
Second time I've ordered gear from KEH, we'll see what it looks like when I get it but I'm hopeful (bargain Canon 6D). The quality of the "bargain" grade 6D was better than I expected, with only minor finish loss. The camera has functioned perfectly on the two photo shoots I have done with it. I will continue to purchase photographic equipment from KEH.
