The first two FE 2's didn't work. The third one does but it has a FE back on it. Not the same as a FE 2.

All my many purchases from KEH have been on time and as promised. When I have had a question and called them, a knowledgeable sales representative expertly and completely answered the question, in one case recommending a camera that was EX rather than EX+, saving me some money! When I have sold equipment to KEH's buyer, I was given a fair price. Great organization that has saved me significant money over buying new equipment.

A terrific overall shopping experience

Over the past several years, I have both bought items from and sold items to KEH. I have found me dealings with them fair and timely. I have found used equipment on the internet at a lower price, but value my history with KEH and the warranty more.

Excellent selection and pricing. Better than ebay or Amazon for used product. Fed Ex driver texted me to set up the best delivery window. Now there's service. Package was well wrapped and the lens is better than advertised. Photos are awesome.

Great on sales but rather slow processing quotes.

Shipped within a day, but took six days to reach me. Providing a faster service at no additional cost (like a competitor does) would be very helpful.

Straight forward web search page, good merchandise, fair value.
