I love your site and your products. Prices are GREAT. But PLEASE PLEASE make the shipments more manageable. Every single order requires a signature and I cannot always take off work to pick them up. That's the only thing from preventing me from using Keh for all of my camera needs.
One item was as expected and very acceptable. The item that had the following question on... "Would have liked to have asked a question about the item I was purchasing that was rated "bargain". Well that still stands. The reason the item was rated Bargain was not specific enough. In this case, it was an accessory that was broken and incomplete. The lens was also very dirty. I think the item should have been rated lower. But as I was mainly interested in the optic I decided to keep it.
The website browser is a little slow but it has not deterred me from purchasing from you over and over and over again!
