Website is well organized and easy to locate available products, only complaint is that I would like to see actual photos of these used items, rather than having to look for them on your ebay store. Overall very pleased and looking to do more purchase in the future. There are some older film camera that I am looking at for purchase soon.

I don't buy as much from KEH as I used to because the coupons/discounts got smaller and less frequent - but still do occasionally - always good service and support and the condition ratings are always conservative.
In my most recent order however, they totally messed up and misidentified a product in their own system - resulting in listing/selling/shipping the wrong thing. It was like ordering a box of candy and getting a box of rocks. The issued an R/A - but the whole thing just left me shaking my head.
Lens constantly hunts for AF even after it has achieved focus. Not sure that is right may call tech support.
