Ordered a 400 mm lens and a Sinar lens board. Items came in excellent condition, carefully packed for shipment.

I ordered a lens in bargain condition, but it should have been ranked ugly or as is. There was something rattling inside the lens when I received it. However, the customer service was very helpful and let me return the lens and exchange it for one in better condition.

I've made a number of purchases at KEH of late, and I have been very pleased. The condition of the used stuff I've gotten has been pleasantly surprising even in the "bargain" rating. In the one instance I had where there was a mechanical anomaly with an older Hasselblad film back, KEH credited me for the return, no problem.
