I'm a long time customer (30years). I have never received a bad product or had a bad experience with KEH. I have strange stories of the company witch are funny and weird but never a bad product, until my last order,I ordered a flash with a excellent rating. I received a scratched up flash (witch was not a big deal) and the sencers didn't work at all. I returned the flash the next day. The return department did a great job handling me and my return but my problem is its now a week later I still don't have a working flash and it still hasn't been checked in after it was received. I'm not a happy customer and I told them so. The customer returned department was great and very helpful, but still doesn't change the fact they have my money and my flash. I do understand they need to check it in and do the processing but I'm a 30 year customer and I did returned the product but it's been a week after the return was received and I have heard anything back. I even offered to by a nother flash just to move the hole thing along and I was told it wouldn't change anything because I had return in process. I'm just not happy with the time it's taking this is my busy time for spring sports and I'm down a flash.

As a frequent buyer from KEH I am no stranger to the grading system. Snagged a 1dx2 excellent+. Would be second camera body purchase excellent+ from them. First 7d mark 2 came out of the box in virtually new condition just high shutter count (no big deal). 1dx2, came out the box very low shutter count but quite rough around the edges, nicks, a decently deep gouge (all part of the grading nothing suprisingly alarming gouge is a little alarming but not bad iv done worse to a camera myself) About ONLY issue it has on function side of it would be 1 of the cogwheels has a dead spot (not the end of the world) For the price, I cant complain in the slightest and besides the cogwheel dead spot it functions 1000% as should. Would I purchase again, ABSOLUTELY already eyeballing up another lens as we speak.

I ordered a dx lens in error and realized it seconds after placing the order. There was no way to cancel so I called first thing Monday morning and they said it already was in process. Once received I returned it but I was charged shipping both ways. I did reorder the right lens and I am happy with the second purchase. You need a cancel button on your website.

I was quite disappointed with the quoting process. They quoted one thing, said it was conservative and would improve, then when they received my EX+ items, they low-balled me. Then, after 5 days no communication on returning my items.

Also, bought a camera that they claimed was EX+, and when I asked about shutter count, they wouldn't provide it, nor be sure to send one with low count. The one they sent me had 45,000 actuations. When I asked to exchange for a lower-count camera, they said they won't check count. So when I asked for RMA and shipping label they said they would not pay for return shipping. So I'm out $30 because of their shortcomings.

This is NOT a quality outfit, and they do not care about their customers!
