Lens arrived on time and in excellent condition. I have covered one game with it already and I was pleased with the results.
Unit was purchased at a "bargain" rate, which was still excessive given, but was dirty and was pretty beat up (chipped paint, dented) and has a scratched mirror inside camera body as well as scratched up glass in the prism viewfinder. Not sure I would buy through KEH again unless it was in Like New condition. In future, I'd much rather purchase a camera in person, the old fashioned way.
I am so pleased with all products I get from KEH. If I have had a problem with any product - their customer service department is on it to replace it (which happened with a camera body I purchased as a Christmas gift). Because I had purchased the camera gift a couple months early - I was worried I wouldn't be able to return it due to a mechanical flaw it had and I may have been outside the return window. Their generous return window allowed me to replace the product and get one that worked as it was supposed to. I will continue to purchase used camera gear from this seller!

Ordered items and paid for two day shipping. Confirmation email stayed at "Retrieving your items from warehouse" for a couple days. Contacted KEH and asked for an update on my order. They assured me items would ship shortly. Not only did I get the normal email confirmation but the KEH representative reached out personally to notify me of the shipment. KEH also upgraded the shipping to make sure I received the items promptly.
This was my first time shopping with KEH. The condition rating of the items are conservative as my items were in better than rated condition. Not only will I shop with them again I recommend them.

I'm very satisfied with the condition and quality of the Tokina lens I purchased. FedEX, as usual, took their time delivering and changed the delivery date twice but the wait was worth it!
This is the third or fourth time ordering from keh, the equipment always shows up in the condition it was described as. Only ever had one issue with an old RB67 body and they were quick to send a replacement.
