Only issue I had was with receiving the package through FedEx. The package required a signature and that made it more difficult to get the package from FedEx. I don't know if there is an option when checking out regarding waiving signature for shipping, but that would be helpful.

Please dont ship with FedEx, they left my package out in the pouring rain instead of leaving it in my porch like every single other delivery I've gotten. Both times I've had major delivery issues they were with FedEx. Thank goodness you packaged the camera and lens well!
Ordered 3 Leica items as well as several as-is items. 2 of the Leica items were the wrong item. 1 leica item was not usable due to a missing set screw. Getting more & more common to get the wrong item. They just don't check items like they used to. Packing was very poor. All the items were lumped together with no padding between them. There was padding around the bundle. Good thing I didn't order anything nice as it would have arrived scratched, dented or worse.
I trust Keh. Service is wonderful.
All the gear arrived in as good or better then the condition I expected, especially for the age of the glass. I was surprised that the lenses in excellent and excellent+ didn't come with caps of any kind. I get that it does not specify that they come with caps, like two of the other lenses I got from you did, but for a len in as good of condition as they were I thought even some off-brand press in caps would have been nice to help ensure a safe shipment. And secondly the bubble wrap seemed to be effective, but I was a little worried as to how little there was between each lens. The fact that they are all metal and old, gave me pause, mostly because I have seen some packages get nearly destroyed by FedEx/UPS and I would hate these to get damaged in shipping. But thank you, every thing seems great so far. I will certainly keep my eye peeled for not Contax and Nikon glass from KEH in the future!
Trouble getting package because FedEx needed a signature and kept trying to deliver to my actual apartment instead of the central office building for my complex. I ended up redirecting the package to a pickup location.
Once I opened the package, the camera and lens were there and intact, but the charger was not for the camera. Disappointed in this oversight, and will be contacting customer service.
Never an issue with KEH. Items are always top quality!
Great price and very quick shipment
This is the second Pentax lens I have purchased from KEH over time. Both arrived promptly and both were in pristine condition. In both cases, the lens was well packaged and secure. It was obvious I was dealing with a company who understood their business and their products.
So far ok
I called to cancel my order within hours of placing it, but was told that the shipment couldn't be stopped. As a result, I'm having to pay return shipping plus you deduct the initial free shipping from my refund. I believe that this was all unnecessary, since I placed the order late Sunday night and called to cancel first thing Monday morning.

First experience was great!
Easy experience, I bought a bargain lens, but the glass was perfect. There were some minor scratches on the lens body, but nothing major. I also got to use a Black Friday / Cyber Monday code for additional savings which was what pushed me to purchase. I'll continue to do business with KEH in the future as well as refer others who are looking to save but not go the route of the bidding style sites.
