Have dealt with KEH many times. Good experience, honest appraisals / product ratings and decent pricing. Had a small problem once (can't recall what it was) and they fixed it immediately.

Great service and even better products. I bought a Canon 70D that was rated EX Plus and it came in as close to new condition as possible. Only had 16 on the shutter count!

Easy from KEH, but I don't do much with a cell phone.

My last lens received with excellent optical but the lens hood has obvious dent, i did not report it because i am still happy with the lens optic
