Experience at the pickup location was good, email notification about pickup was confusing. I got a shipping "report", but #1) my order was for pickup and #2) the report didn't say if the order was actually ready or not. I waited for another email to tell me that it was ready, but (since that never came) I finally called and inquired. The operator I spoke with did admit that the notification I got was a little confusing, and that they were working on making that better. Also, I just got an email today asking if I had picked up my order - seems like there is a disconnect since (having gone to the pickup location in person and providing my identification) that question should not have had to be asked. If the email is sent based on the fact you DID receive an order and it was mainly meant as a way to ask people to fill out this survey, there should just be a link to take the survey (or links to take action if something was wrong with your order)/

Easy & hassle free. Very nice to be able to use PayPal as an additional layer of protection and ease. Unfortunately FedEx delayed my delivery. It was in Phoenix by Friday, set for a Saturday delivery. But FedEx sat on it until Monday sand delivered it late. I don't know why FedEx was late - they didn't give me a reason, but that doesn't seem to be KEH's fault.
