I bought an inexpensive Olympus OM-G and a zoom. The zoom seems fine. The camera came with the mirror stuck halfway up/down, and it just seems kind of weird. The camera was listed as bargain or something less than good, but if it didn't work I wouldn't have bought it. If there's a simple fix--well, I couldn't find that in on only OMG manual, and I'm at a loss. I buy used from KEH to avoid these things.
I paid $13. I dig that a price that low doesn't allow me to squawk much, and I wouldn't have said anything, but you solicited feedback, so there you go.
I've bought well over $1,500 at KEH. I know you must be thinking that's nothing, and in the world of photo gear, I agree. I accept that. I'll continue to buy. I think your descriptions should be more thorough, and specific to the camera or lens being sold. Otherwise, sad sacks like me have no idea what we're getting into.

I've been with KEH for decades. My first purchases were Nikon f2 and f3 cameras. They've got a massive lens supply too. Hard to find accessories is their strength for me. That's how far back I've been buying from KEH. Their grading system is second to none! My 20+ year old Elinchrom strobes are still going strong as are my RB67 systems KEH has supplied. Yes, I still shoot film. I also love my Pentax Digital gear KEH has supplied me too. There's only one game and KEH is it!

KEH supplied the wrong item description (USED CAMERA COMPLETE) instead of USED CAMERA LENS on FedEx's international waybill, causing me to be liable for $40 import duty on a used lens when lenses are exempt from customs import duty in South Africa.

KEH was very unresponsive, inattentive and not willing to take ownership of, or correct, their mistake despite numerous polite emails sent to them.

On the positive side, I have always found KEH's lens grading to be conservative and very good.
