The online shopping process was simple, quick, and efficient. The item is even better than expected.
No box, no paperwork (Sony pamphlet), just wrapped. But camera works fine. Just a side note, FYI: I recently purchased 2 lenses from Best Buy because price on used vs new is really insignificant. Best Buy will come down on prices posted online beyond Amazon and 2 others with reasonable clarity. I'd buy more if prices were a bit lower and/ or if KEH had a frequent customer program. All in all I'm good with KEH. Keep it up. Get more Sony Emount inventory.

Bought a used (EX+) Hoya UV filter from KEH as it was a few bucks less than new and many filters sold via Amazon are reportedly fakes.
I got what I expected: good prices on quality products. I'm always surprised at the quality, which is always at least as good as rated, and often better. Delivery was actually a day earlier than promised, so no complaints at all!
This is the first time I have used KEH, very happy with the quality of the cameras, excellent condition and price, very happy.
All good but FedEx ground in my area is terrible. I paid for expedited shipping and they had my lens for 4 days before delivering it to me. Please use another carrier.
