Keh and the lens are great. Delivery through fed ex was kind of bad. My package got lost on a different route, and arrived opened and box smashed.

This is my second experience purchasing used gear from KEH. I have nothing but positive things to say. They have become, and will continue to be, my go-to for used gear.
All went smoothly with KEH. My real complaint is with the choice of shipment. The FEDEX delivery date was promised "by the end of the day" on an upcoming Wednesday. By dark on that date I had received no delivery nor been notified of a revised delivery date. The next morning I did receive a FEDEX e-mail promising delivery that day. Neither my wife nor I were to be home for the majority of that day to sign for the package as required according to the notification. When we returned home on that day there sent the package on the front porch. Glad as I was to receive the order I couldn't help but be upset by the casual attitude toward my substantially valued product. From this and previous encounters with FEDEX shipments I've lost all confidence in the company. Maybe UPS would better serve you!
What I want When I want it
Easy and effortless. The item I ordered was in the exact condition as described.
Said the lens came with caps, it did. But I expected a canon front cap which lays flush with the diameter of the front barrel. Instead I got a third party lens cap which grabs anything it's put in as it extends out from the side of the barrel by an eighth of an inch or so. Can't rely upon that as it may pop off without myself knowing and may lead to scratches on the front element. I would have bought it without caps and just bought the proprietary caps.

Still evaluating the lens (film has not come back from processing yet) but I have no reason to think there are any issues because it looks and feels fantastic. It's always a pleasure to buy from a source that I can trust, thank you!
