I'd back this up to zero stars if I could. I don't know what takes so long to process a return. Even with RMA and within return window, it takes 1 week ground shipping and at least another week for them to open the box and see what arrived? They certainly take their good 'ole time getting your money back to you. After several days, KEH found no issue with one of the lenses, and the other had significant focus issues. So of course they are keeping $10 shipping and have initiated a refund procedure, how long does that take. Although the purchase went fine, returning is another matter altogether, I'm not happy with KEH and how this all played out. I will not be purchasing anything else from them and advise you to think twice before you do as well, they apparently don't like to refund even when there are factors indicating the product is bad.

Purchase was as described, but the description could have been better. Would have been nice to see photos of the actual camera before I ordered, not just a representative photo. Would have been nice to know that the light meter and focus area were a bit faded. Still usable, but not as clear as on other units I've seen.

KEH has always been my go to for used camera equipment. It's nice to have a company that you can trust, they do an excellent job at rating the equipments condition and I find that their prices are competitive if not better than other used camera suppliers.
I was surprised at the deals on camera gear and when it was received it was better than expected. The camera body is perfect, just signs of regular use. The only problem is that the given 3rd party battery really isn't good. I didn't get long with my camera and it was dead when I absolutely needed it. The lenses are beyond perfect even the ugly lens which cost about $6 was perfect. I took it to a professional photographer and he cleaned off the surface fungus and it's in like new condition now. Will be back for more! Shipping was fast, but FedEx was not proficient.

The lens works great on my Z f. I don't mind using manual focus with the Z f. Of course autofocus works well on my D850. The images are wonderful with good contrast and color.
Ordering used gear can feel like a gamble - but not with KEH. I know that the body and lenses have been tested and will be exactly as described. My body and lens came in a lovely KEH branded new padded case. Everything was like new at a reduced cost to me and I can't wait to take my trip and use the gear. Thank you KEH!

I ordered a Tamron 10-24mm lens for my Canon T6i after a lot of consideration and good reviews of the site. Almost sadly, I put too much consideration in and the free shipping (I'm a cheap skate) was going to arrive days after leaving for a vacation. It arrived way before it was supposed to and was well packaged and protected! Everything I hoped it would be!
I was able to find the lens I was looking for (Laowa 100mm 2:1 macro) and in the mount I needed. Price was reasonable for the quality of the lens.
