Great selection, but your online checkout system needs some help.

I am waiting on a form to send back a lens I bought that was wrong, customer service was great, and I'm just waiting for paperwork

I worked on my cart for 2 days and 5 minutes before I finally made up my mind about my purchases, the app decides to empty my cart. I don't know if the server restarted or you expired the cookie but it was a pain to find the products again.

It's always a pleasure doing business with keh. Every time I've ordered from them my items are delivered on time and in great shape.

I have been unhappy with digital photography, which is why, for the time being anyway, i am going back to film SLR photography. It seems film camera equipment is finally getting scarce, which is why I shop a KEH. They are the only game left, except for ebay.

Ordering so simple a photographer can do it

The parcel was heavily damaged and the tape used to seal it was ripped away with no apparent reason.
To receive it in that state makes me extremely upset on how keh's had selected the shipping company to deliver it. As a first customer, I will not deal with keh anymore.

KEH is always my go to for used items. They always exceed my expectations!

Camera looks like new, I guess it was a display model from a camera store?
Ver well packed.

Now we will update the firmware, and try it out, the first couple shots so far are good.
