Website is seriously easy. It's straightforward to understand what I'm getting and compare it with other products.
After checking out, I noticed an email that sent me my password. That's a huge red flag in terms of security. That means that the passwords are stored in plain text. This was terrible practice 20 years ago and is literally a textbook mistake today. I'll never give this site my credit card number again and will have to use PayPal instead.

Flash was listed as "with 58mm adapter ring" but I did not receive the adapter ring. The flash is unusable without it. I have contacted KEH Customer Support twice now but do not yet have a resolution.
No caps for lens. Front or back. That should be included in all lenses or some sort of bag. To just put the lens in a plastic bag and bubble wrap makes no sense. Could possibly scratch glass.
