I received flash unit and this strobe is far from excellent condition as you've described, it works but physical condition shows usage, there is blemishes around the buttons, it tells me that this unit was pretty much used before and its definitely does not looking like in an excellent condition, I am disappointed and already have some doubts about lamps life left!

For this purchase, something must be off with their discount/website as it repeatably kicked me out or refused to apply the promotion. I recommend they be more thorough checking the functionality and provide more detail for applying promo codes
My son is expanding his photography business and wanted to upgrade his equipment. I told him I would give as a gift, whatever he wanted. After much research he found what he wanted and could use with his other lens from keh.
Communication from the company has been wonderful - product arrived when stated. Follow up after delivery has also been great.
He took about 5,000 pictures in 1 days of events in Green Bay. He said there was no way he could have gotten certain types of pictures with his other camera.

Always good at KEH
I always find your the evaluation method and description of your items to be fair and accurate.
THis is the only time's I've ever had a complaint about good i ordered from KEH, and I don't beleive it will deter me from doing so in the future.
Part of my most recent order #WI******* - a WHite Lightining Ultra 600 monolite has some issues that I would have considered, had I know about them.
While I acknowledge KEH can only resell goods in the condition recived, and with the accessories included, passing those details on helps custimers make informed decisions.
The unit I purchased has these issues:
One of two flash tubes is dead. As they suggest replacing in pairs, it'll cost me about $70 including shipping
The power cord furnished is very short, and not grounded. While they use a universal connector, I'll still have to hunt one up.
The supplied flash tube travel cover may or may not be original, as it won't fit over the modeling light. Another $10 to replace.
