I have always enjoyed the services and products of KEH.
I always enjoy shopping KEH for lenses. I always try to buy on the higher end of the condition spectrum, and have never been let down by the quality of the good that I received.
Had trouble for a couple days trying to place an order on my desktop computer. Used a tablet and was able to complete my order, rather annoying. // All but the Polaroid back was excellent, however the Polaroid back was for a different camera body than the mag marking.

Not everyone wants to establish a login/pw for every business that they patronize.
This is a universal objection to "portals", I know.
However, it is not easy to understand the option to log in as a guest. As usual, the "designers" of the site always understand exactly how it works... but are seemingly blind to the perspective of a customer who is focused on their purchase, not figuring out a web site.
A customer sees their e-mail and possibly some default pw represented by asterisks and thinks that maybe they might have set up an account. Then a lot of time is wasted to learn that one has to go back over to the guest side of the entry point.
Fine. Met all my expectations. I was pleased to find an item not available elesewhere.
Had what I needed. However, it wasn't the cheapest cost. This is a mistake on my end for not shopping around.
I love shopping with KEH for film cameras / accessories, very much appreciate being able to buy from a company who can help deal with any issues that arise with shipping, etc. Everything I've ever gotten from KEH has been top notch. The prices on most items seems reasonable but sometimes can be upwards of the premium you'd pay on the regular used market. I supposed you're paying for the customer service should it be needed.
I will say the one and only downside I experience every time I shop here is the use of FedEx for shipping. I know it's out of KEH's hands, but dealing with FedEx (Home Delivery) is truly a nightmare time after time. The last camera body I ordered took a week to receive *once the package was marked out for delivery*. That is, 3-4 days for shipping, and one week for them to actually drop it off with me.
It was good for the most part, but I received a faulty battery, so I had to buy a new one

Everything I get from KEH is exactly how it's described even when I buy something as is I most often get very surprised very happy with KEH or not only the products but the people that are involved with helping you find the right product for what you need

The product was rated EX quality and it is good. $60 for shipping to Denmark is terrible though so I had to route it through friends instead.
I wish there was a lens af capability with camera body compatibility chart/search/note that would pop up "this lens will work, but non af compatible with this combination". I am new to DSLR and this would have helped me decide quicker, but I still ended up picking the incorrect af cpu.

Everything was great, simple, easy, and very well priced but the shipping was horrible was back and forth with Fedex for over 3 days trying to get the package to deliver.

Overall I liked that there where different grades for the lenses, I do wish it had a little more description of the product, like how much it has been used, and how old it is.
