Finding the camera and buying it was very easy. However, I did not like that I had to sign for the package but was not made aware that was part of the process until after I paid and the item had shipped. If I had known I would have to deal with that hassle, I would most likely not have ordered the product.
Extremely fast shipping, reasonable prices, great customer service.
The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars is I would have liked to see an actual picture of the used camera I was buying. For example, I don't know if it is coming in the original box, etc. I'm taking a bit of a risk.

Found what I was looking for, and was able to easily purchase it.
Well there was a problem with me being able to sign for my lens. So I called KEH and talked to them about my problem and I was let know this was there policy haven to sigh for the shipping and was not able to alter without the help of KEH. Got off the phone was thinking how I am going to fix this. Needed the lens for a big concert. Well then Superman calls back the guy from KEH and he had made a few phone calls made some special arrangements and bam it was all done. He stayed in touch with me to make sure that I got it. You could never ask this kind of customer service above and beyond. KEH is just incredible thanks for the incredible service
First of all the price range changed dramatically, I thought when I purchased by our currency Canadian $ would be $900plus. I was not told that it would be $1018.00, I have to pay an extra Canadian custom charges $138.86, and was extra 3 cent more because that driver of FedEx made a mistake. Item also did not come with its box and accessories but a bag.
